How
much is admission?
General admission tickets are available for
advanced purchase. General admission for Saturday and Sunday is $15 for adults, $10
for Military, Seniors (65 and older) and Youth (12 and under), and free for
children ages 6 and under. On August 20th,
one week before the air show, tickets go up $5 across the board ($20 for
adults, $15 for Military, Seniors (65 and older) and Youth (12 and under) and
remains free for children ages 6 and under. For more ticketing options including Friday's show, click

How much is parking?
Parking
is $5 per car. All proceeds generated from the parking fees will go to local
charities.
What is the Air Show Schedule?
Friday
4:00pm - Gates Open (Visit the Business Aviation Expo,
static displays, exhibitor booths, and more!)
6:00 pm - Air Show begins. Performers include:
Powered Parachutes, Mike Goulian, Dan Marcotte, Julie Clark, Elgin Wells,
Golden Knights - night “pyro” jump. (Does not include the Blue Angels)
8:45 pm – Fireworks display
9:00 pm – Air Show Ends
Saturday and Sunday
9:00 am – Gates Open (Visit the Business Aviation Expo, static
displays, exhibitor booths, and more!)
10:00 am – US Army Golden Knights Parachute Team followed by Air Show
performances and the US Navy Blue Angels
4:00 pm – Air Show Ends
What is the Business Aviation Expo?
The Business Aviation Expo is new to the air show this year. Taking place in Hangar 5, the Expo showcases the aviation industry in Maine.
Does my air show ticket include
the Business Aviation Expo?
Yes.
You are welcome to visit the Business Aviation Expo when the air show gates
open.
Can I fly my aircraft to the show?
All aircraft must be
in the chocks by 8:20am on Saturday and Sunday of the event and not expect to
leave until after the show concludes around 5:00 pm each day. Aircraft should expect to go to General
Aviation Parking near FlightLevel Aviation.
All aircraft must make a reservation by calling FlightLevel Aviation at 207.406.2081
and must purchase tickets to the air show beforehand.
May I bring food to the Air Show?
No. You may leave and
re-enter the air show by receiving a re-entry stamp.
May I bring ice to the Air Show?
Loose ice is
prohibited because it is difficult to search, however sealed ice packs ARE
permitted.
May I bring a cooler?
No, coolers are
restricted. A "cooler" is anything that was designed to insulate.
*Note: small coolers will only be permitted if they are for infant formula or
life saving medications.
May I bring my own drinks/beverages?
No, drinks are NOT
permitted on to the ground.
What other convenience items are permitted?
Chairs, strollers,
cameras, blankets and hand-held umbrellas ARE permitted.
Is there an ATM on site?
Yes. Please note:
Most vendor sales are cash transactions.
What time do the Blue Angels fly?
The Blue Angels are typically the final performance both Saturday and Sunday.
For security reasons, we are unable to
provide the specific start time. The air show performances start at
approximately 10:00 a.m. and last until approximately 4:00/4:30 p.m.
May
we take pictures?
Yes.
May I ride my bike to the air show?
Yes, biking to the air show is a great idea, although they are not allowed inside the air show gate. While there are no bike racks available you are welcome to chain your bike to the fence outside the airport.
May we bring in bags?
Yes, you make bring a
purse or diaper bag, but any baggage will be checked upon entrance to the air
show grounds.
When and how do I get in?
Gates open to the
public at 9am. The show begins around 10am.
Which items are restricted?
Coolers, large
umbrellas/canopies are not permitted.
What time do performances begin?
Performances will
begin around 10am on Saturday and Sunday. Performances begin around 6:00 pm on
Friday evening.

Will water be provided?
Yes. Bottled water
will be sold from the concessionaire.
What type of food is available at the
concession stands?
Typical food concessions.
What time does the show end?
Around 4pm on Saturday and Sunday and 9pm on Friday.
Is there a rain date?
No.
Can we bring in a canopy or tent for shade?
No.
May we camp overnight on the air show
grounds?
No.
Are public restrooms available?
Yes, public restrooms
(including handicap-accessible restrooms) will be available on the air show
grounds. A map identifying locations of
the restrooms will be available in the air show program.
May we bring pets to the air show?
No, for the safety of
the animals and air show attendees, pets are not allowed on air show grounds,
with the exception of service dogs.
Will there be merchandise for sale at the air
show?
Yes. Please note:
Most vendor sales are cash transactions.
